BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. If you are interested in booking Appledore for your vacation please send me an email at Elaine@yourfloridaholidayvilla.com with your dates and I will confirm availability and the cost for the rental.

2. If you are happy  to proceed please confirm either by email and I will hold the dates for 7 days.

3. Print out a copy of our Booking form and Term’s & Conditions that you will find under “Downloads”.

4. Complete the booking form giving all guest names and the dates of birth of any children under 18.  (This is a legal requirement in the state of Florida).  Also please sign a copy of the last page of the Term’s & Conditions and return both of these together with you non-refundable deposit to:

This will secure and guarantee your dates.

5. Your final balance is due eight weeks prior to you holiday, together with your separate £300/$300 security deposit. 
   I ask for a separate cheque for this, as I do not pay this into my account and just return or destroy the cheque when I have confirmation from my management company that there is no unnecessary damage. (This usually takes 2 days).
