All prices are per week and include all Florida State Taxes and cleaning.

Stays of less than 5 nights add $100.00 for cleaning

Pool heating (optional but recommened for starys between October & April)

Highchair and stroller are available free of charge.
Cribs can be arranged at $35.00 per week

$300.00 (£300.00) non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.

Balance due 8 weeks prior to commencement date of your holiday, together with a $300.00 refundable security deposit

I can now offer accidental damage insurance at $45.00 per stay.
This does not cover malicious damage, but is advisable to cover accidents.

Discounts are available for stays of 3 weeks or more.
